Helpful information includes photos of the site, rough measurements, sketches or first ideas regarding design and style. These details allow us to make an initial assessment of feasibility, effort and possible execution.
Consultation
Based on the first information, we provide personal consultation.
We clarify which fence, gate, railing or interior element best suits the property, which height, shape, lines or ornaments are desired and which technical requirements must be considered.
On-Site Measurement
For perfect accuracy, precise measurements are taken on site.
All relevant details are recorded, including height differences, slopes, entrance widths, distances, fixing points, wall connections and foundation conditions.
Planning and Offer
Based on the consultation and the on-site measurement, a clear and transparent offer is prepared.
The offer includes all relevant components, the agreed design, measurements, special features, delivery and installation costs as well as an estimated timeline.
Approval and Preparation
Once the offer has been approved, the project is scheduled and prepared.
Final details are clarified, special requests are reviewed and the technical preparation for production begins. For more complex projects, a drawing or sketch can also be prepared if required.
Custom Production
After approval, production begins according to the agreed measurements and specifications.
Material thickness, height, width, ornaments, spacing, fixing points, gate mechanisms and fittings are implemented according to the agreed details.
Delivery
The finished elements are securely packed and delivered on schedule.
All parts are protected against scratches and transport damage. Depending on the project, delivery takes place shortly before or together with installation.
Installation
Installation is carried out professionally, precisely and cleanly.
This includes positioning and aligning posts, installing the elements, adjusting gates or sliding gates, checking all fixings and ensuring a stable and harmonious overall result.
Final Inspection & Handover
After installation, the entire project is checked together.
The function, alignment and overall appearance are reviewed. We also provide basic care instructions and clarify any remaining questions.
